Fleet OMS ("we", "us") provides fleet maintenance and field service management software for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, and phone number when you or your organization creates an account.
- Business data: information you enter into the app, such as vehicles, work orders, clients, and inventory records.
- Photos: if you choose to attach photos to a work order (e.g. before/after job photos), we store those images with the related record.
How We Use Information
We use the information above solely to operate and provide the Fleet OMS service to you and your organization — for example, to let you log in, manage work orders, and generate invoices. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or tracking across other apps or websites.
Data Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to operate the service (for example, cloud hosting providers) or as required by law.
Data Retention
We retain account and business data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from the app's Settings page, or by emailing us at the address below.
