Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Fleet OMS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Fleet OMS is billed as a subscription: a monthly per-user rate (tiered by active user count) plus a monthly per-vehicle rate. Billing is handled by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Payments are collected in advance of each billing period.

Your subscription is sized to your active users and vehicles. Added or removed users and vehicles are reflected in your billing quantities; proration may apply within a billing period.

Fleet OMS offers a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start, and you will not be charged automatically. At the end of your trial, you select a plan to continue using Fleet OMS.

Optional custom implementation services are available starting at $2,500, priced by scope. Implementation is not required to use Fleet OMS, is not included in recurring subscription pricing, and is quoted and billed separately before work begins.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect it again and may contact you. Accounts with repeatedly failed payments may be suspended until the balance is resolved.

You can cancel at any time through the billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payments for periods already begun are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will review it.

You own the data you enter into Fleet OMS. We use it only to operate and improve the service on your behalf.

You may not use Fleet OMS to violate any law, infringe others' rights, transmit malware, attempt to access other customers' data, or interfere with the service's operation.

Fleet OMS software, branding, and content are owned by Fleet OMS or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service while your subscription is active.

We treat your data as confidential and will not share it outside the service except as needed to operate the service (for example, payment processing via Stripe) or as required by law.

We work to keep Fleet OMS available and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and factors beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fleet OMS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that present a security risk. Where practicable, we will notify you and allow you to address the issue.

On request, we will provide an export of your organization's data. If you delete your account, your data is handled per our data-retention practices; organization admins can deactivate accounts, and full deletion is processed after the applicable retention window.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect; continuing to use the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
